Welcome to JCO Align Your Life Coaching! It is our pleasure to provide the services described below for your personal improvement and impact in accordance with these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you place an order with JCO Align Your Life Coaching then a legally binding contract will be formed between you and JCO Align Your Life.

The terms of that contract are as set out here.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE JCO Align Your LIfe provides an online and telephonic Life Coaching (“the Services”) which guides you through everyday life obstacles to better yourself mentally and physically. Use of the Services (including access to the Content) is subject to compliance with these Terms which incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any end user license agreement that might accompany the applicable Service. Therefore, by accessing or using any of the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms.
2. MEMBERSHIP To use the JCO Align Your LIfe Coaching’s Services you must have Internet and/or phone access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment.
3. LIVE SESSIONS When booking live sessions we expect you to be on time, on Zoom as requested and fully prepared for your session We understand that sometimes you may need to rearrange your session, we ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes to enable to the session to be used by another client. If you rearrange or cancel within 48 hours, you may be subject to a cancellation fee and this will be calculated at our discretion.
4. BILLING AND CANCELLATION You will pay for services as booked and we ask for 48 hour cancellations to be eligible for re-booking

PAYMENT METHODS Payment can be made with a debit or credit card which will be charged by a secure payment system.

CHANGES TO PRICE We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in the Terms of Use, any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

REFUNDS Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

5. WARRANTY & LIABILITY The satisfaction of our clients is JCO Align Your Life Coaching’s highest priority and we are committed to providing the best tools, coaching skills and methods. The Services are provided with reasonable skill and care by a professional and experienced coach and mental health professional. The client is fully responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside of the Services provided.

JCO Align Your Life Coaching are released from any liability claims and clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions during and as a result of the Service.

6. OWNERSHIP We shall keep all information about you in strict confidence and shall not pass your details to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full information. You agree that JCO Align Your Life owns and retains all rights to the Services. You further agree that the Content you access and view as part of the Services is owned or controlled by JCO Align Your Life.
The Services and the Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
